Wife cheated with help of CA and Bank

22-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
1. In case complaint for defraud among husband and wife, in how many days police need to do investigation and admit my FIR? 2. If no timely action taken (moving to court) on the inaction of Police on complaint already filed, does it become stale of expires after sometime? 3. Is police complaint lodged without quoting any sections (of Criminal Act/Law against offences committed) be valid? 4. How to remind police for carrying investigations on the complaint filed? 5. If no response to reminder to police for investigation on the complain, what is the next step? Can we approach superiors?

for setting the criminal procedure into motion first a complaint needs to be filed at the police station and after substantial time if the police don't work on the complaint then superintendent of police needs to be approach and even after that no action is taken then you have other legal option.

First of all you need to keep that whether FIR had been registered or merely you filed only complaint. There is difference between filing of Complaint and lodging FIR. If only Complaint is given then if police is not investigating then you can file private complaint in court and can take appropriate orders.
