Wife Asking IO to file FIR For mental cruelty,husband not provide food

My wife has filed dowry demand & Mental Cruelty Complaint in Mahila Thana.Mediation failed & she is asking IO to file FIR. She has taken all jewellery,items along with the kid with help of police officials. Total Married Years is 9. Being a husband what should i do,I have not filed any cases yet. My wife has taken a flat on rent & started living with kid & her mother. Incidence Date- 8th Feb 2024

As you have told that you were married 9 years ago and now after 9 years your wife has filed a dowry complaint against youAnd if a case of mental cruelty has been filed, then in such a situation your attempt at compromise has also failed, so even if your wife files an FIR against you, then how will you get a stay from the High Court? Don't take the trouble

you have to file HMA section 9 as soon as possible. after 7 years of marriage dowry case not applicable or maintainable. a complaint give your nearest police station about your problem. after that if not solve your problem then you meet & consault a advocate who guide and help to solve your problem..
