wife asked for divorce on insult basis

my wife has askd me 4 divorce.she doesnt knw cooking & household chores.But b4 wedding she was staying out 4 work,she had maids.my mom doesnt aprove of cooks n maids.that's why my mom insult her.(she nvr quarld back)she didnt like it & said it effects her mentaly.Thus she left home.whn parents met,had a quarel. she came to home & stoped talkng much.do the work n help mother as much she can apart from office wfh.now she is telling had enuf.want divorce.what should i do(Cant go against parents)

if you cannot go against your parents then it is advisable that you should go for the divorce on mutual agreement and ask your wife to give you a condition of alimony. Since this is a miniscule thing and to go for a separation will entail mental problem so it is advised that kindly see through the situation first and speak to your parents about iy

First of all you should file an intimation letter to the police station according to your jurisdiction because if she files on her own then you might get yourself in trouble. And if your wife is at her parental home and you wish to go legal then you can always file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling her back into your matrimonial life. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should be the first file to file a contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. You need to get friends n relative involved to solve this! It’s not a big matter, if your wife wants a cook then that’s not a big deal ! Anyways if you want to give divorce then u need to hire expert advocate in this regard Thanks
