Wife and her parents doing mental torture want to take legal action

i have married 5 years ago and i have 2 children and my wife and her parents started mental torture to me and my family for money and before 3 months ago she went her home along with children and after that she denied to return from there and her parents also giving her full support and even they have done my daughter school admission there and when i have asked her what she want then she said she want separate home for living and i have agree on that also but still she is rigid on her decision and block me on face book and mobile and her father is not responding me on phone and massages and i am totally disturb but they are still rigid
Send her a legal notice calling upon her to come back to you, for restitution of conjugal rights. Incase she does not returns to you despite the legal notice, file a petition under section 9 Hindu Marriage Act.

This behaviour amounts to cruelty as one of the ground of divorce. Although you have to decide what do you want. If you want your wife back and think that relations can be normal then you should file a case of restitution of conjugal rights. If there is no chance of revival the you have enough grounds of divorce. However there are many factors which needs to be discussed in personal meeting. I will advise you to meet a good lawyer to discuss in detail before taking any action.

Dear sir,if u are on conclusion that u can not continue more your marriage life with your wife then file a application for divorce & if possible mutual under hindu marriage act 13-B.or if continue your marriage life then you may request for restoration of marriage in the family court
