kya aapke husband jivit h agar jivit h to aap unki property ko apne chilld k naam nhi kra sakti husband ki death k baad he aapka or aapke child ka right property me increase hota h otherwise nhi aap apne husband se apne ya child ke favour me sale deed kra sakti h
