What can we do legally if husband is having extra-martial affair.Why adultery is not a crime?then why we have a concept of monogamy,one women for one man.where we are maintaining our indian culture here?What about the women who believed him married and shared her life.How she will lead her remaining life?what about the girl sufferings?

adultery is not an offence in India it is only a ground for divorce you cannot go for penalised law to punish your husband for adult but you can go for divorce law to get divorce or for a judicial separation so now it is only the matrimonial law and for it is a ground for living suppression of a diverse
