whimsical behaviour of husband towards children and me.

Husband since 3 years extremely inhuman, cruel and whimsical towards me and children. Married since 20 years, working in private school, husband is central govt employee. 2 children - 19 year old son, 12 year old daughter. Had to lodge an FIR against him last week for beating my son. we had to lock ourselves at midnight in a room to save from him. he disconnected the power supply. please guide what next.

You may file a case of domestic violence against him before the magistrate. You will have to engage a counsel who shall draft a proper complaint underr protection of woman from domestic violence act and file it.

Did you speak to your husband about his behaviour and what was his response. Get couselling sessions to understand what has gone wrong in case you want to continue in the marriage. Plz get in touch with lawyer
