What to do we are leaving separately after one year of marriage

Married to a banker, posted to Jaipur just after marriage, met on weekend only and have one daughter. Living separately since Aug 2014, one yr after marriage.
If you want a divorce then there are many grounds on which you may file for a divorce. Hindu Marriage Act has provided many remedies for such situations. You may also file for monthly maintenance for yourself and your child.
