Ask your girlfriend to send letter to police stating that she left her home by herself and she want to live with you; She didnt take any gold ornament or money from her home etc. Send letter to the police station where your girlfriend was living with her family and c.c to police commisioner. If you have treat of life from your girlfrien's family , you may give complaint to the police.

Respected Sir, my first answer lies to your primary query pertaining to your relationship with your girlfriend, wherein you and your girlfriend can enter upon a live in relationship agreement, which is a valid and accepted agreement, thereby causing no hindrance.

Yes, police take action against you and charge you with more then one. So it's better for you to consulut a local lawyer who can prepare and do documentation and legal formality for you as in your case your girlfriend is adult but you are not.

The judicial development is crystal clear that the police cannot refrain you and your girlfriend to live together. However, it is pertinent to note that they might inquire regarding her consent to be with you if any complaint is filed. You don't need any document for live in relationship. However in case of either family pressurizing you or threatning you..then you can inform the police and file a complaint. Although none of my concern I suggest you don't be very hasty. It's always better to have a good education, becoming independent and a bit more mature before you decide to shift away from your families. Situations can be brighter once solved amicably.
