What to do if the in laws and husband are torturing me and divorce

I am a working woman..married two yeras ago.i took personal loan for my marriage as my dad's condition is not well.m paying my own loan and aslo my husband is asking my whole salary to be transferred to his account which m not agreeing m as m giving some amount to him monthly..also they are asking to stop paying my loan .they are telling my dad should pay loan....this is leading to divorce...please advice.....my religion is christianity

The loan has to be clear first, for many good reasons. It's you & your husband both have to set together, with some understanding, then sought out it. If not acceptable you have to tell him that he has to maintenance and also almoney for life Time & face the criminal case under section 498a etc.

You haven't mentioned about what is the current loan outstanding in the bank ... And do you really wish to go for divorce.. you haven't mentioned .. you can file case against your husband and in-law for dowry harsemet .. before giving any complaints contact me how to draft .

Madam, You have to take decision with regard to take legal action against your husband and inlaws. If you take legal action against them, the relationship will be broken. Do think over before taking legal action against them. I suggest you that, sit and talk with your husband and explain about the situation, if he agrers then matter will be sallow, otherwise you have to take legal action. You have option to lodge the Complaint for dowry harassment under u/s 498A of Crpc and you can file domestic violence case against your husband and inlaws.
