Madam, You can file a divorce petition in the family court of jurisdiction where you are presently living along with your children. Apart from this, if your husband is not maintaining you and your children (if children are minors) financially, you can also file maintenance case in the same court and claim maintenance for yourself and your children.

This is a very generic question and no lawyer will be able to help you unless you decide to take some legal steps to safe guard your self and your children. If required, you may seek the help of a lawyer and proceed legally against your husband before an appropriate court of law.

Then you can file a Petition before the Family Court stating the fact through a Lawyer. If the Court believes the fact that he is not interest on the wife and children, can pass appropriate orders. In this, you have to clearly mention what is your relief? What relief you want against the husband? If you clearly expressed your views before your lawyer, he can file a petition before the concerned court and obtain the relief sought by you.
