What to do if the husband is not interested in wife and his children

He never changed. He is always drinking and don't go to office daily, no interest in wife and children. Don't respond in life everyday drinking and enjoy outside. I'm Hindu
Madam,
You can file a divorce petition in the family court of jurisdiction where you are presently living along with your children. Apart from this, if your husband is not maintaining you and your children (if children are minors) financially, you can also file maintenance case in the same court and claim maintenance for yourself and your children.

In this, you have to clearly mention what is your relief? What relief you want against the husband?
