Hai I Am Divya From Chennai. I am in Love with guy from Another Caste since past few years. I revealed my love topic to My Parents but now they are against For An Intercaste Marriage therefore my Parents House Arrested Me And Black Mailing Me that They Will Commit Suicide If Suppose I Step Out of the Home which leads to Mental torture to me. Please help me. What can be done legally.

Suppose you are a major the following can be done.
Ask your fiancee to file a complaint to the jurisdictional / area police station. If no action is being taken then I advice your fiancee to approach the Hon'ble High Court of Madras and file HCP. There I can support your fiancee and make the police to bring you to court. In the court you can tell the Judge and they will send you with whomever you are willing.
