What to do if my uncle is not giving me share in my fathers property

We r hindus.after d death of my father my paternal uncles r denying me n my mom of all the rights to property belonging to dad.on d basis that I am d only girl child n uncles have boy child
according to Hindu Succescion act both girl and boy child have equal right over property.so if your uncle denies you your right to property by natural inheritance than you should move to court for legal remidy

Please note that your uncle is no one either to deny or accept your claim over your deceased father’s ancestral property. Rather it is a fact that he is illegally holding possession over others property and that too forcefully!!
You can file a partition suit and an injunction suit. But before that send him an Advocate notice to settle this amicably and to avoid any litigation cost.

At first serve a legal notice and then you can file a partition suit along with injunction suit before the court for your share . And if the property registration is in your fathers name then file a declaration suit before the court. And without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.

Orally they might intimidate you however it is not possible as per legal provisions. If you really feel intimidated you can file a suit for Partition. Without going into further details i recuse to express my inability to augment further advice.
