What to do if my husband is not taking me after marriage to his place

I got married in March, 2018,..my husband went to Canada after 10days of my marriage...after that he does not contact me properly..he is in work permit there.. He is not at all interested to sponsor me as his wife to get a spouse permit.. He is ignoring me after going... I want to take action against him..

You have to take immediate measures against your husband..you didnot mention whether your marriage was registered or not..you certainly get the remedies for cheating..you have to initiate criminal case as soon as possible for possible action..you may contact with myself for further discussion with case details... If either the husband or the wife, without reasonable excuses, withdraws from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may approach the Court for restitution of conjugal rights. You can claim maintenance under Section 25 of Hindu Marriage Act. This decree, if not obeyed, the court will attach the judgment-debtor’s properties. Further, if this decree is not observed for a time frame of more than a year, after the decree date then the divorce ground is created.

If your husband is ignoring you then talk to your husband and asking him the reason for doing so?If no solution comes out then wait for 1 year and then file suit for divorce on the ground of desertion as there is bar to file suit for divorce within 1 year of marriage. Regards.
