10-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband is asking me to live in a rented accomodation and not in my matrimonial home. I have no intention to live anywhere expect my matrimonial home. I think in future he can accuse me of separating him from his older parents and ask for divorce . What should i do?

Firstly I would like to to know if u have any issue in past with your in laws or in law relatives. Mere allegations are not the basis of any application and or case, must be supported with evidence that if you think your husband have any mala fide intentions. So you need to focus on the reason why your husband is doing so. Is he having any problem with his parents and or any other reason or not happy with you. Is everything between you and your husband is going well. So please go through the reasons first then you can find solutions to enter your matrimonial home.
