What to do if my father is not giving maintenance to my mother

My mother(59) is a housewife. My father(59) is a bank manager. We are two sister and 1 brother. My brother has been married for 5 years. Now my brother and his wife are not treating my mother well. My father also not respecting my mother. No one giving money and necessary things to my mother. my father and my brother used to beat my mother also. My mother not having any respect at this home.
She can file a case for maintenance under 125 crpc against your father if he in job otherwise she can file that case against your brother. If your brother's wife is not treating well her then she can also file a case for Domestic violence

Firstly u will have to file domestic violence case against ur brother and father becoZ she need protection from her husband and son and also file a case under section 125 of crpc for her maintenance .
