My mother(59) is a housewife. My father(59) is a bank manager. We are two sister and 1 brother. My brother has been married for 5 years. Now my brother and his wife are not treating my mother well. Your mother is legally entitled for maintenance, to get the maintenance a case shall be filed on the name of your mother in the court under section 125 Crpc and this is your father will be under a legal obligation to pay her the initial amount as maintenance .
