What to do if I am being harassed by in laws for dowry?

My in laws and sis in law always mentally torture me.my father in laws torture me for dawory and they also abuse me and my family .. Please help me..Give me the right solution for this problems.

In your case you can file a complaint for a domestic violence and for a dowry in the nearest police station regarding your problems or you may file a case directly in a court also and can also ask for a maintenance.

Dear sir, we have read out your query very carefully, your in laws and sis in laws always mentally torture you , your father in laws torture you for dowry and they also abuse you and your family , if you are facing mentally torture by your in laws , you can launched FIR against you in laws and complain in police station. because any body does not force and torture for dowry .

There are various laws which protect women form being harassed by her husband or by other person . As your wellwisher I want to suggest you that you should resolve your problem with talk to your husband, because it is very easy to take divorce rather to protect marriage life. My first preference is to protect marriage rather than to break it. Be careful while taking legal recourse because in many cases I see the result is breakdown of marriage life. If your husband is not ready to hear You, you can file case against them for metal cruelty and harassment under section 498A of I.P.C.; There are other provisions too, which you can parallel imposes on them.
