What to do if daughter harasses parents

My sister is married and lives in Malaysia, because of her nature. She doesn't have a good relationship with any of her in laws. She broke all the contacts with us for four years, suddenly came back in our life , my parents faced embarassment because she was not present in my marriage(younger daughter) and always threatened that she will harm the marriage by telling Ill things . Now when she is again in touch with us she tells my parents to break every relationship n just be associated with her, even after doing that she is not satisfied and everyday she fights and tells that she will suicide and will put the blame on them. My parents are old and they are going through tremendous pressure as she has made every day a living hell. How can law help us.
Your parents can do one thing give a written intimation to nearest Police Station mentioning all previous facts. Further don't entertain her every time & try to ignore her, so that your parents may live peacefully.

If she is pressurizing you all to break all relations except her, you are under no obligation to pay heed to her demands.
Don't worry about her threats to commit suicide. Just because someone commits suicide blaming you, you being punished is not necessary. You will get chance to defend your part, law can help you here.

First give a formal application to your nearest huma right office stating all the above incident and if problem still persist you may lodge a fir in police station under various section of ipc..
