Pregnant woman being harrassed mentally and physically by in laws since 2014 and husband threatening her with death and another marriage. How should she proceed considering all attempts of negotiation have failed and she is very poor?

she has multiple remedy under penal code, domestic violence act etc. she must contact a lawyer and initiate legal proceedings against her husband and in laws. Although you can write a complaint with full facts against her husband and in laws disclosing all the allegations and facts with date of committing offences and cruelty. you can mention mental and physical torture by husband, threat to remarry, harassment, threat to life etc. send this complaint through registered post to the head of police of your district.
