It is also comes under criminal act and domestic violence, please report in local PS regarding this issue and give a complaint on all of them, they will file an FIR and will be taken action accordingly.

Hi first of all your question is not clear but however according to your question says that your in-laws had harrased you regarding dowry, if they harrased for the purpose of dowry you can file complaint against them in the nearest police station which you resides under Dowry prohibition act. so for further clarification and doubts you can contact us.
