Also, before taking any decision do try to know as to why your husband is not taking you home.

That you have any proof like photo or certificate of temple regarding marriage?
If yes then you are legally his wife.
Then have right to go and reside in his home with him.
If not then collect certificate from temple.
The photos are also proof but any documents are with you then it is good for you to show if any legal difficulties occurred

Are your parents aware of the marriage if not inform them and let them speak to his parents still if he refuses you can approach police and Court for help. Obtain marriage certificate and photographs if you don't already have in your possession.

Hi,

As you mentioned that you two were married in Court, there has to be a marriage certificate to show that you are legally married to your husband. I need you to show me the certificate. If in case you don't have a certificate then any other document to show proof of marriage.

Remedy in case you have the Certificate : Can prefer an Application for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Which will help you to get your husband back.
