What is the process for Court Marriage? can it be done online? if the groom and bride are not yet married but they are planning for straightaway court marriage without hosting any function, can marriage be done online ? or physical presence in front of magistrate is required?

The appointment can be taken online after that both the boy and the girl need to appear in person before the concerned magistrate according to their respective jurisdiction and accordingly the marriage will be done between them. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you don't need to appear before the magistrate, just you need to present before the Marriage registrar for marriage, you need to perform ceremony which is applicable on your. physical presence is required ,it is one day process

Hindu marraige act provides provision for solemnisation of maaraige. there are generally two way to get married legally. Firstly get married and get it registered with registrar marriage. The registrar will provide you marriage certificate. For this purpose, specially in Delhi you will have to apply on line and upload all your document. On the given date the couple will have to appear before the registrar with all original document and after verification your marriage will registered. In second way, you apply for marriage before the registrar and after one month, on the given date you will be declared married by the registrar. In between notice for marriage will be displace before the notice board in the registrar office. But un both way you both will have to appear personally.
