What is the procedure to get married without parents consent

I love a girl and she also loves me. But the girls parents and whole family is in direct opposition. The girls parents are politically & financially strong. I am also financially stable. We both are from same religion(Muslim) but different caste. The girl is not allowed to go outside the house so we cannot marry in court. Can I file any petition in High Court Lucknow to marry the girl and get her legal custody. My hometown is Varanasi, UP(under jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court) and girls hometown is Balrampur, UP(under jurisdiction of Lucknow Bench). Currently I am in Lucknow. What all documents do I need. The girl is ready to sign on any document.

yes you can protect from high court ALLAHABAD If both of you adult according to your high school certificate document needs AADHAR CARD ,HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE ,Both of you ,if you have any other documents like Icard any institution but aadhar and high school certificate are enough..

Hey,file a habious corpous writ in Lucknow high court if she is major and illegally detain by there parents.only here you can get easily relief. There is a option to complaint in mahila aayog for her illegal detain.but writ is the best option.for more information contact me .thnx
