Q: Quashing possibility of case IPC 376& 506

Mere upar IPC 376 &506 ka previously case chal rha hai. District fast track court m 2017 se. The facts are 1) Uss lady ne mujhse phle 2 logo pr case lgya aur ek pr apni beti k rape ka mere bad. Sbse phle usne 2008 m lgaya ek pr fir Nov 2016 m ek pr shadi ka jhasa de kr rape krne ka aur mujhe or Jan 2017 m shadi ka jhasa dene aur ghar m ghus kr dhamka k rape krne ka. Mere bd Feb 2017 m apni beti k rape ka ek bande pr lgya. We all the documents of these cases 2) Usne FIR m alag statement diya hai aur magistrate k samne alag. 3) No witness is in this case except doctor and constable who written FIR. 4) Maine bail k liye apply Kiya during that time mujhe 19 din k liye Jail Jana pda tha bd m Bail granted ho gyi thi. 5) Ab uska statement court m hona hai. Charges lg gye hai mujh pe fast track m. Please btaye kya mujhe High court m case quash krne k liye apply krna chahiye?? Kitni possibilities hai wha s case quash hone ki???

100 % aapko help milegi HIGH COURT se aap free bhi ho sakte hai but usake liye ek baar file dekhana jaruri hai...file dekh kar pata chalega ki aap kitne softy hai....nahi to under section 376IPC is very dangerous

Q: Filing for divorce if the wife is rude to the husband and his family

I married on 6th May 2018. My wife is very rude to me and my family members since the day one. She tries to dominate on every family member include me. Now the situation is that I don't want to live with her. I need a divorce.

You can take divorce from your rude wife but there are some formalities those completed by you .If you show in the court that your wife is really rude.Therefore you should consult to me i promise to you you will be free that rude wife..according Hindu law....thanks

Q: I want to buy a house but the owner says property paper is lost

Sir my query is that I want to buy a house but the owner says property paper is lost and he has fir copy and has got certified copy from registrar Should I buy this property or not

No you should not buy that house because it's may be fraud but you can check their paper online or with help by any advocate in tahsil or district court for copy of their property .you can check them ..

Q: Legal marriage when boy's age is 20 as per certificate but actually 25

Hello sir/naam, I'm 25 year old girl and my boyfriend is 24, but in certificate his age is 20, we got married in temple and now I'm pregnant ....... So can we legally get married ??

Q: Wife having affairs before marriage wants to file for divorce

Actually i am mentally harassed from my wife and her family members from last 6 months, i have tried too many time to clear the dispute. In between these disputes i got the news before marriage my wife have the some external affairs, one time she was cached by the some villagers in doing physical activities with her boyfriend and also she ran away with some Local boys from her home before marriage. But her family members hide these things from me. But this is the limit and i cannot live with her now after hearing these things.Her family members are treating me also they will ruin my life if i will divorce her. Am i eligible to take the divorce using this points or tell me the procedure how can i get the divorce.

Yes of course you can give divorce your unmannered Wife. It is your own right if you have minimum one offence in court i can do this but you should meet me QUICKLY your life will be secure after offence
