First you need death certificate, cremation receipt, death report, identity proofs of all legal heirs, identity proofs of the deceased. Have all the documents in original. Visit the nearest e-sevai centre in your area and apply for legal heirship certificate. Then concerned official will verify the facts and documents and if all are in order then you will get the certificate.
