Myself and my boyfriend were in relationship almost 10 years and had physical relationship also since he said he will marry Me. But without my notice he married another girl by his family pressure one yr back and he also continued chatting with me as marrying me even after that marriage for about 6 months.. Then I suddenly came yo know as he was married and i m too desperate now.. Can i claim as his wife by saying about ten years of relationship and photos of us and make the marriage that was fone without my notice as nullified. Kindly please help me

Q: MY mobile went dead after update

Dear Sir/Madam, I bought POCOX3pro on april 2021 it suddenly dead on december 2022 after updating device. The update was pushed by companies officials. I asked official support and service center they said they cant help bcoz its not under warranty and pay Rs.10,000 for motherboard replacement. why i have to pay if the problem is caused by official update. Not only mine 8 out of 10 users mobile were dead. HELP!

Q: Pledged documents missed by bank

Hi AllNeed a legal advise, Actually my dad got house loan with SBI in 2007 against our house property and it was closed in 2013. Meanwhile I have taken education loan in 2011 against same property as a security and i closed the edu loan in 2018. After closing the loan i went to collect NOC and our property documents back but unfortunately they missed it. For 6 months they keep on telling like we are searching in that dept , this dept but results fail as they could not able to locate it. After that my dad was sick and he was in bed rest for 6 months and i went to abroad for good so we could not able to chase it for sometime , later corono wave comes and i was hesitant to take my dad to bank to chase for the document . But whenever time permits i used to go bank and fight with the staffs to locate it or else to arrange to get a new document as per the procedures, almost i visited 30+ times but no result. Dear Sir, nnKindly suggest right directionnnI have given 3L rupees with an interest rate of 5%, first two he has paid interest rate and after that I mean last one year not paying interest and initial payment also. Now he not responding properly my call. I don't have agreement for the payment but I have bank transaction details. Q: Son fighting for family pension

My father passed away in 2020 im younger son age 26 and my mom receiving family pension for past two years and i have elder brother age 30 and he got married in the year 2012 whom he loved opposing parents and leaving everyone and living alone since he got married. He is fighting with my mom to give share on family pension and if my mom refuses to give he is blackmailing that he will file case against mom for not giving family pension and stop my mothers family pension. I have verified family pension rules son above 25 years are not eligible and my elder brother is not a disabled person.
