What is the procedure for getting married to a inter-caste girl

Hello sir/Madam I am Hindu boy from jharkhand and want to marry a Muslim girl from Kashmir, without permission from girl family. Please guide me to take care for legal issue for girl family side. So that i can be save. Thank you.

In order to get her marry you need to go through court marriage and under special marriage act ....
you need not be worried if girls is under fully supporting you.... do take a declaration from her that she is willing to marry you with her own choice ... rest for any help you can contact me

You can amaze an application of marriage before the registrar of marriage with three witnesses and after expiry of thirty days from the day of application you can appear along with the girl before the registrar of marriage to get marriage registered and if both of you are of adults there will be no problem.
