My brother love Muslim , according to him Muslim girl is ready to convert in Hindu . My brother is say to mom and dad you talk and we want marry. So please tell us what precaution we need to take while the entire procedure.
Dear Client,
first ensure that age of boy is 21 and girl is that of 18 years old and both of them are serious for getting married despite different faith and family consent.
This marriage will be governed by Special Marriage Act which has provision of registration of inter faith marriage. You can apply 30 days before for registration and can get registered in presence of two witnesses.
Post registration performance of rites and rituals will be your discretion.
Make sure there is parental support and acceptance. Both need not have to change faith. at the most if she want she can change her name after marriage.
Thank you.

We can make a affidavit stating that she is converting to Hindusim. You can then give that affidavit to your community and they will issue you a caste certificate. The name in the certificate will be changed a per the affidavit.

Hi
You have to approach a pandit / pujari attached or recognised by a temple / association who will perform the conversion ceremony and give a written declaration of the conversion then she can publish in the official gazette .

Hello,
Conversion of Muslim to Hindu is not a lawyer's job. It is not the legal process. However, registration of marriage involves law i.e Special Marriage Act or Hindu Marriage Act. However, there shall be free consent of a girl for conversion.
