What is the jurisdiction for filing a divorce case?

I was married in 2008 in MP. My daughter was born in 2010. After marriage because of domestic violence I lived separated for a year. My husband apologised and we moved to UK in 2013. There he again started mentally torturing me. I returned to India in May2017 and working in Pune. Now we want to file a divorce case. He is in UK and I am in Pune so where and when can I file a divorce case???
Hello, you can file a divorce petition in Pune. Regarding this we must meet n have complete details of the matter. There are provisions for filing the petition under cruelty, but we must prove the cruelty

U could have very well filed case for divorce at UK but now u r here u can file petition for divorce in pune,y can send summons through embassy and he had to appear or else expsty divorce can be obtained

You can file Divorce Case in Pune, If you are husband ready for mutual consent Divorce he can appear before court through Sky pee, else you can file divorce case in Pune ,before that you have to send a legal notice to your husband on reasonable , stating your problem/ allegation/ statements/ facts for divorce.
