What happens if notice comes to my residence when I am out of india

Me and my all family is out of india and our door is locked. Nobody is at home to receive any notice or simple letter. Now let say in case notice comes to my home and nobody is there to receive notice. In these cases what will happen. Will it considered wrong illegally??

notice is unserved nothing will happen again notice will be issued untill and unless notice is served the case will not proceed and if notice is served and you don't attain proceedings the case will be proceeded exparte against you . If it was send through the common post then the postman will just throw it into the letter box. But if it was through the registered post or courier then the courier person is duty bound to call you first and only after your permission can deliver it to your neighbour also. In case you fail to receive the notices. Warrants it NBWs may be issued and a lookout notice may be issued by the court. You need to appear in court and take an exemption from your personal appearance. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss further in detail.
