What formalities must be done to withdraw complaint from NCW

Please suggest the procedure to withdraw an online complaint submitted at National Commission for Women website. I have already written e-mail to the id mentioned on their website. Is there any other action required to cancel the complaint?
If you have written an email to them in respect of withdrawal of complaint... that is sufficient enough.. please be specific about the complaint number as well as other relevant information in the email and you will get acknowledgement mail of same.
