What is a bailable warrant, and what does it mean when an issue bailable warrant is issued? Can you explain the bailable warrant procedure and its implications?

Bailable warrants means if you appear before the court on the mentioned date, the court will recall his order and cancel the warrants and will not take you in custody . In case you do not appear on the date, thee bailable warrants will converted in to non-bailable and in that case you may be arrested by the police or the court will take you in to legal custody .You just have to appear before the court on mentioned date and move an application for cancellation of bailable warrants

Q: can wife claim mother in law property

after my father death my wife has rights my mother property or not because i apply divorce she harassment me and my family and fake police report , can my wife claim my parents property ?

Well depends if your father has left will in your mother name then only she cannot claim...but if no such document then the property devolves on legal 1 heirs....n then she can claim her right on your share...

If its mutual it has to be for an year and if contested case for filing case for desertion it should be 3 years of separation and if it is contested case for divorce on cruelty basis then seperation period is not there

My wife is not living with me for the last 2 years. I already send legal notice but no reply. So i want to file case of divorce now but want to councling first. What to do now.

Q: Delay in final court judgement despite the respondent Ex parte

Petition was filed in 2015. After 3-4 appearance, respondent did not appear in the court. Hence, judge passed ex-parte order in October 2018. After submission of affidavits from witnesses, final argument was heard by judge in February 2019 and directed for final order on 10th April 2019. Meanwhile that judge was transferred and new judge asked that he needs time to go through my case and gave next date in June. When I appeared in June, he gave another date in August for argument. He deferred my case to next date in October without citing any specific reason. I am aggrieved, what to do now.

Due to the extreme backlog of cases the judges are not having time. You dont need to worry about the same file the written submission in this date along with an application to expediate the proceedings. And let the judge pass the order in the application before that only he will pronounce your judgement. Any further query plz call
