What can I do if my husband's family treats me badly

I got married on Nov 9th in chennai. Within a month i have got pregant. Only after few days i come to know that my husband got a small injury in his head during his childhood days and he is not mentally good...he behaves like a 10yr old guy...now his age is 32...and he just used me for sex not more than that...so i left the house and caame to my own house with a reason that il return after giving birth to my child. Now im ready to live with my husband alone..because my sister inlaw and mother in law creates much problems in my life. they are treating me like a slave. Even now i got a notice from a lawyer to return home before giving birth. But im afraid that they might do anything to me and my baby. So please advice me on this....
Being issue in your matrimonal house with your motherlaw and sis- in laws family , you can approach & give complaint before All woman police station for safer side, You can file case IPC 498A - on husband or relative subjecting woman cruelty

No body can compel you to return to matrimonial home when it's unsafe for you to do so. You can seek for restitution of conjugal rights in case you wish to reunite with your husband. If you wish to seek divorce you can do so on the ground of unsound mind of your husband.
