Married since 19 yrs want rights of myself and my kids against property
What property rights
Till ur husband is alive u have no right over his property ,if it is his self earned property he can will it or gift it to any third person but if he dies without any will then right over his property to each of his legal heir exist,the other part is if he has ancestral property then right of his son or child exist and he can not alientiate​ the same except for the well fare of the minor child.
