What action to be taken against the family members

Sir , actually the problem is about my sister family that her son's wife and her family member beaten my sister and her son at her home ..now FIR has been given against them ..but now his wife is giving them a warning to commit suicide and she also said that she will kill the child's too... actually we are facing the similar problem from past 8 years... Sir , please consult us what can we do ..
You can file a complaint to Local police station regarding these incident if they threaten you or you can file a case in #court you can also claim custudy of child from court. You can also file a divorce case

you can begin by informing the local police station regarding the assault to your sister by her son's wife and family member and lodge and FIR under section 323- Punishment for causing hurt, regarding the threats to commit suicide FIR can be lodge under section 503 - Criminal Intimidation.
