What action should i take against my husband

Im 4 months pregnant and husband is not supporting n nnhaving an affair outside. I tried for abortion doctors r refusing.
Now what action should i take now.
Query perused. I would advise you to file a complaint under section 12 of the domestic violence act before the concerned Court. Further would advise you to move to your parents house for the safety of your child and yourself. Simultaneously file a petition for maintenance followed by a petition for divorce.
