What strict action should i take if i find my husband involved with someone. Can i take action against that lady?
Yes you can take. Now a days some good amendments have taken place in laws related with Adultery where now Adulterer is also get punishment under court of Law.
You are requested to please consult with a good experienced Advocate to plead your case in the court of law as proving Adultery is very tough in the court as in most of cases people accused get set themselves free to establish their relations as friends only and the whold case get closed as making friendship is not a illegal in society, and it does not need your willingness or acceptance to do so by your husband.

You can take actions against your husband. Taking action against her would not be maintainable if she is completely a third person.
If she knows you and you know her then yes you can take criminal action against her.
