Process of court marriage is firstly by notifying the marriage registrar about your decision to marry. Then a notice is prepared and published by the registrar inviting objections, if any within a period of 30 days. If no objections received, a date is fixed for court marriage. You both have to be present along with three witnesses along with necessary documents. Finally marriage is completed and the certificate is issued within 2 weeks. It takes 1-2 months for the complete process. You can approach me for the same.

Well, you guys can get married under the Special Marriage Act by filing an Application before the Registrar of Marriages. In order to marry, you need to take an advance Date from the Marriage Registrar.

As per Hindu Marriage Act, both bride n groom must be over 21 yrs of age at the time of marriage. court marriages are done through advocates in that field . if you are staying in Mumbai then Bandra court will be your jurisdiction. Advocates will prepare all documentation , affidavit and marriage get registered. pls feel free to discuss over phone
