Ways to enter get into Registered Partnership in India

Hello! My partner stays in Europe and I want to join him there. We want to enter into a registered partnership agreement since that is required for me to travel there. How can we register it here and where is it done from? Thank you.

hi sir, for getting registered with partnership deed, you need to get ready with partnership deed and u have to submit the same to register the said partnership deed. for getting registered with partnership deed, kindly contact me, thanks

Dear Sir, You have to take Indian E-stamp papers and get signatures of your partner and attested by Indian Ambassador. Then come to India get it registered under the provisions of Indian Partnership Act. The document must include various clauses to run the business and nature of business the sum of investment etc.
