Want wife to return as she left after a beating

I beaten my wife 2 months back She went to parents house 2 months back. After going to her parents house she took photos of black & blue of in cell phone. I sent mediators to her home asked to come back. Their parents show photos of black &bluein cell phone. I am with 2 child. My wife willing to come. But their parents told. We don't seems my daughter as she has threat. I am a govt employee (that is their strength) . Is these photos of black & blue will work as evidence in court. They approached the local PS (my residence) on the day of incidence . SI don't took complaint. Plz go. I will call you in 4 days & took their num. But si don't respond . 2months passed. No MLC booked. No complaint in PS. ???????????Is these photos will work as evidence in court. When I file RCR . That's why I am quiet without asking child visitation or RCR. How to save marriage this time.

Sir, if your wife is willing to join with you for marital life then their parents can not stop you from that. if you are staying in mandal then kindly file a petition in mandal legal sercices authority through PLC. if the victim itself is supporting you then their parents cannot file a case against you

RCR is best option for leading family life. Your wife can gave complaint at ant time. The photos are valid as evidence. If disputes arise between you and your wife, children life is spoil. So You try for compromise.

If your wife wants to come to you no one can stop her. The cell phone pictures also allowed in evidence subject to prove. Your conjugal rights petition may workout,without her concent her father cannot take any action
