Q: What is the procedure to file a complaint against son go old age paren

I would like to know what can I do as a younger son i am staying far away my parents. Now i came to know that my parents as they are being harassed by my brother. My parents live in there own house & my brother is staying with them. House is on my dad's name. There is disgusting and very bad behaviour towards my parents. My parents are in too much pressure and in frustration fight with each other instead. Though we have given a counselling with Police persons, he is not bothering and beating my parents & using very abusive langauge. I want to take care of my parents as cant see them being tortured . Requested you suggestions & How can i proceed.

you can file eviction suit stating that your parents are land lord and your brother is staying in your fathers house as a tenant and evict him as he is a tresspasser. your parents can also file a criminal complaint.

My Sister who is around 40 years and two kids are under torture by her husband.He joined hands with his parents and put her in severe problem.He has made her and her kids in helplessness condition.Local police got corrupted by him and refusing to file case against him.What to do?

Sir, if the police os refusing to file case or FIR you can directly file a private complaint in the court. there is no necessity that your sister only has to file a case even you can file a private complaint on behalf of her

Sir, I am retired employee and senior citizen now.took birth from traditional valuers family. My son (only one) got studied, married with my own earnings and now job less. Became cruel and insulting my elders ,neighbors and also me everyday as I am teaching him to be good, with filthy language. The house in his and his name got constructed with hard work and my little contribution was also there Now I have to left the Home where we are all family members four in all. Since he is rejecting me I wanted the expenditure spent for his brought up for his education and marriage to be reimbursed from him. Can i Have any legal remedy for this issue. Pl reply Thanking

sir you can claim for maintenance and you can also file a petition under maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens act 2007 but you cannot ask for the money which you have spent on your children i.e. on education etc....

Sir, it is a problem of my sister due to her husband harassment we have filed case against him. We have proof to prove this case accordingly my sister need divorce from him and she want to claim the marriage damages charges. In this regard what type of case to be filed before court.

Sir, she can file dvc case and ask for monetary reliefs she can very well file divorce op. she can also ask for protection order if there is any threat from her husband by filing along with the dvc case.
