Person A is dead and person B is son of person A and person A has 2 daughters as well, both are married.Person B inherited agricultural land from his father after he died, got mutation, title changed to his name.After 10 years of mutation, title changed to his name and position, person B sold his land to person C, got paid full amount and land got registered. This land is in Telangana.Now after 2 years of person C brought land, 2 daughters of person A are claiming there share in this land.Daughters have still rights to this land, 12 years of limitation act will be applied in this case?
