Want to marry ( she is actual by birth 19 years old but in adhar 17nha

I want to marry with a girl because of our family issues . They will never accept us. She is actually 19 year old but according to marksheet and adhar card she is 17 and half year old . Can we get married or not .if we can't so what should we do now because have to do soon something.
If you want to marry her you can marry that girl at arya samaj mandir and later file for the protection at high court if she is 19 bone marrow test will proof her age if it is proofed in court that she is major above 18 then nobody can stop you and wife for living together

Dear client! Medical age of the girl should be conducted.
you have not mentioned wether it ian inter religious or inter caste marriage.
if both are of same religion you have to get the marriage solemnised by rituals&customs as prevalent .
then can come to HC with a prayer for directing not to harass the married couple.
