Want to marry a girl of different caste How can I marry her?

Sir, Recently my girl friend got engaged with another boy, but she is not interested to marry that guy.both are same castes. but i am another caste. she told so many time to parents this marraige not interested. but every time they convinced don't worry after marraige all the things will be clear. But she was not interested to marry and she is not interested to come outside.what should i do? please reply? I am inrterested to marry her. but caste is different? my cate hindu and her caste christian. Please suggest best option how to cancel.

if you both are majors you can marry under Hindu marriage act or christian law.
it is up to yo to take decision about your marriage.
there is no ways in law to cancel third person's marriage. if she is major she can marry any person of her choice unless and until she accept. you are stranger in the eyes of law and you will be in danger. so it is best option for you to convince your girl friend and marry her according to either Hindu law or christian law.

If both of you are majors caste is not a barrier, but in your case u said that she dont want to come out and marry you,in that case you dont have a legal option. but if she is willing to marry you then both of you can go for a register marriage or marry according to the rituals of either of your castes.

If she is interested to marry you, even though you both are belongs to separate caste or religion, you both can marriage under Special Marriage Act before the concerned Registrar. But she has to be interested to marry you and both of you have to approach the Registrar of Marriage in the office of Sub-Registrar, where you reside.

yours is a case of different religion and not different caste. She can cancel the engagement by simply writing a letter and refusing to marry the other guy. lf you are to marry her, the marriage has to be solemnized under special marriage act due to cross religions. Approach the registrar of marriage and comply the requirement of forms/photos/nominal fee, etc.
