Want to know the whole process of court marriage

Me and my partner are in relationship since 5 years and we want to get married but our family's are against us so can we get married without letting them know ,, he is an India but now in Canada so he want me to go there with him is there any solution

If you both are major then you can opt for arya samaj mandir marriage and then if you wish to register your marriage then you have to move an application before the SDM. Direct registration is also done. And if there’s a religion gap then it will be done under special marriage act or conversation of one partner.

Hello Mam, Yes you can do court marriage against the will of your family wishes. If you are above the majority creiteria as per law. Also some precautions can be taken with the help of law.
