Want to know legal rights to vacating a property

15-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Dear sir i am 48years old I have a site and i want to construct two house by taking a loan from the bank. the bank loan is not meeting my planned budget. I have another property which is two house. In one house i am staying with my parents(he has 3 children). The property which is I got by partistion. Now to meet my requirement to construct the house i want to lease the two house for 3 years. But my parents are reluctant to vacate the house which is will affect my planning of constructing a house. They are saying they have born and brought up here so they won't vacate. My father does not require any dependance he is PAN card holder and having enough to meet his monthly expenses. Please suggest what can be done? Thank you in advance

Dear Madam, It is a sentimental issue. You may influence your parents to vacate your portion of property failing which approach common friends or elders of the family. Secondly you can get issue a legal notice and tell them the consequence.
