Want to disown a child from previous marriage

Hello sir,how i disown my daughter from previous marriage from all my properties,bank accounts nd everything as she is 8 years old and i want to disown her?

I do not think you can disown an 8 year old minor. She will continue to have right to claim maintenance from you and also has a right on ancestral properties by birth. As long as your self acquired property is concerned, you can exclude her by writing a will but can claim maintenance from you.

son or daughter acquires right in father's self acquired property after his death that too if he dies intestate i.e. without making any WILL. If any person makes a will, his property will be distributed according to his WILL . you can make a WILL for your movable and immovable property without bequeathing anything in her favour. But you are duty bound by law to maintain her.
