Q: How to stop brother's wife from entering house forcefully?

My elder brother got married on Feb 2017 at our native place , and we came back to Delhi(our home) on 19 Feb. She always kept fighting with my brother for no reason and one day in front of her family made false allegations that my brother and elder sister are having illicit relationship. She used to emotionally blackmail my brother that she will suicide and blame us for that and she is woman so we can't do anything. Then we sent a legal notice through a lawyer asking her to apologize for making false allegations on my brother and sis but in return she sent a legal notice and accused my full family with false allegations about my Bro and sis relationship and about my dad also she accused falsely that he tried to be wrong with her, n now she is not even apologetic and trying to forcefully enter our house, how can we let her in, it will be a great mental torture for all of us, just because of a woman, our whole family going through mental torture. Please advise.

Q: How to claim property from husband for maintenace in old age

My uncle whose age is about 80 and has one daughter ,4 grand children and son in law and wife . His daughter living to her husband house. Now my uncle has all together 33 khata of land along at different places all agriculture land and 3.4 khata is house land . Now what my uncle has did he sold 21 khata of land to her daughter and 3.4 khata along with house to other people now no one is there to look after my aunt she living to our house and uncle living with the person to whom he sold his land (in papers they have shown money but in actual uncle has not taken a single rupee) Now sir I want to know according to muslin law and Indian law is any percent of land deserve my aunt ,is any percent of share do my aunt has right to take anywher she want ( jaise sab jameen alag alag hai to agar aunt ka kuch percent banta hai sab land me se to Kya o ek jagah kahi v le sakti hai apne hissey ka zameen) and one more query that when my aunt has right if she deserve any % than how can we claim it?

Q: How to sell property disputed between siblings?

Once an old man sell his property to his son and after few days of selling the property old man also make will of the same property in which he marked nominee to his daughter. His daughter filed case against her brother after receiving of same will after death of her father. Old man's son sell that property to my father. Even his son did not tell us about the dispute. The case was filed in the district court. After 8 years , district court puts the case in favour of old man's son. Now his daughter files case in the high Court. In which she said that she want some time for showing some more witness, due to which the case is now on hold from two years. We want to sell this property but due to their case we can't do anything. We can't able to sell that property and not can remodified the same. Please suggest us what we have to do.?? How can we overcome from this problem ?? What is the legal way to sort out this matter as soon as possible??

Q: How to withdraw case in case Husband not appearing in the court

Hi I (hindu religion)had filed a case of dv and divorce against my in-laws n husband but my husband didn't attended any of the hearing till now and in-laws stated that they are not in touch with him as we had started living seperately from them bt in touch with them and they have stated that they hd already disowned him so they hv nothing to do with the case.my husband is not ready give divorce and wanted me to be back again. Now it's been an year as i filed my case in sep 2016 but everything is the same now even I don't want to get into this and willing to widraw my case n to give it a fresh start.pls advice how can I widraw my case.
