want to cancel my marriage registration

Hi, Am a girl which is marriage held on feb 10, 2022. bcoz of some personal issues, we want to cancel our marriage registration now. whats the process, where i need appeal. bcoz its been just 7 months only. do we need to go register office or court?

hi if you want to cancel your marriage then you could do it by applying for divorce on grounds of mutual consent but you need to wait till for 5 more months if he is not ready to give divorce for mutual consent
